1. Data Controller

The data controller is Vincent Elias Picchi, operating as Salise Studio, reachable at vincentpicchi@salise.design. This policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the guidance of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

2. What I Collect

When you fill out the contact form, I collect your name, email, and project details you share. If you accept cookies, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel also collects standard browsing data (like pages visited) to measure ad performance — see section 6. Vercel Web Analytics separately collects aggregated, cookie-less page-visit statistics (page URL, referrer, country, and device/browser type derived from your IP address, which is not stored) to help me understand overall site traffic — see section 6a.

3. Legal Basis and Purpose

Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent and, where we start working together, to perform our contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). The Meta Pixel is used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for advertising measurement. Vercel Web Analytics is used on the basis of my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding site usage, since it doesn't use cookies or identify individual visitors.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Submitted contact information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to run the project or respond to your request, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. invoicing records).

5. Third Parties

I don't sell your data. Basic tools like email, invoicing, and hosting providers (including Vercel) may process your info solely to deliver their service, acting as data processors where applicable. If you accept cookies, Meta receives pixel data under its own Data Policy to power ad measurement and targeting. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Cookies and Tracking Pixels

This site uses only essential cookies by default. If you accept cookies in the banner, we also load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for analytics and advertising, plus the Cal.com booking widget. You can decline either at any time. See the full Cookie Policy for details.

6a. Vercel Web Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure traffic. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your IP address, and doesn't track you across other websites, so it loads regardless of your cookie choice and only produces aggregated statistics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details on how they process this data.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal). You can exercise any of these rights by emailing me directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
